This Privacy Policy explains how Budda Srinivas ("Coach Srinivas", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit healbsk.in and its sub-domains, register for our masterclasses, or buy our programs and digital products.

1. Information we collect

• Name, phone / WhatsApp number and email address you give us in forms or at checkout.
• Details you choose to share about your concerns when registering for a session or coaching call.
• Payment confirmation details (order ID, amount, status). Card, UPI and bank details are processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not see or store them.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the product or program you purchased (e.g. sending the e-book PDF or Zoom links).
• To send session reminders, updates and support messages via WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To improve our content and services.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment gateway, CRM, messaging and video-meeting tools), and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
