Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products (e-books, PDFs, recordings)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refund is given once the product has been delivered.

2. Coaching programs, memberships & community

Once access to a program, community or membership has been given, or a coaching session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. If you cannot attend a scheduled one-to-one session, inform us at least 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule it once.

3. When we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Money was debited but the payment failed or the order was not completed.
• We were unable to deliver the product or program you paid for.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of payment with your payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a purchase before the product or access is delivered by contacting us. Recurring memberships can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

E-book లాంటి digital products వెంటనే అందుతాయి కాబట్టి refund ఉండదు. Coaching / membership access ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత refund ఉండదు. రెండుసార్లు డబ్బులు కట్ అయినా, payment fail అయి డబ్బు కట్ అయినా, లేదా మేము product అందించలేకపోయినా — 7 రోజుల్లో మాకు చెప్తే 5–7 పని దినాల్లో refund చేస్తాము.
